breach of the law if they do not have up-to-date licences that are in full compliance
with the law and the tax authorities. Equally, if specific on-going actions are
not undertaken in support of Health and Safety, then the hotel Owner could be
exposed to claims beyond the value of any insurance policies. We can report to
